Sector-4 in Imt Maneser is a busy place, filled with all sorts of factories and people moving around from morning until night. We are located at No. 91. It’s a standard industrial building, nothing too flashy or modern about it. We do a lot of work with fashion items and bulk garment orders here. The mornings always start early because the commute into Maneser can be a real headache with all the trucks and traffic. Once we finally get inside, the lights go on and we get straight to work. Even though it’s a Pvt. Ltd. setup, it feels more like a regular small workplace where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We spend a lot of time looking at different fabric samples and checking cardboard boxes for shipping. Sometimes the shipments arrive late in the evening, and we have to stay a bit longer than we planned to sort everything out. That’s just how this industry works. The air in the sector always smells a bit like industrial dust and the exhaust from the nearby plants. We’ve got a good number of workstations set up inside. It gets quite noisy when everyone is talking at once, especially during the middle of the day when we are in a rush. We don’t really do any big advertising or anything like that; the work usually just comes in and we handle it as best as we can. Being in Sector-4 means we are close to our suppliers. It is a very practical location for us. We just keep our heads down.
