We operate out of No. 223 in Udyog Vihar Phase-6, which is over in Sector-37. It’s a typical industrial spot with lots of trucks moving around and people loading up big boxes. Our focus is on the small things that people usually don't think about, like the accessories that go onto clothes. Buttons, zippers, and all those little parts are what we handle. The space is filled with metal bins and wooden shelves holding thousands of small items. It can be a real headache to keep track of it all, but we’ve developed our own way of organizing things over the years. The office part of the building is small and mostly filled with ledgers and old coffee mugs. We aren't a big flashy company with a PR department. We just provide the bits and pieces that other garment makers need to finish their work. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the traffic in Gurgaon, and we have to spend the evening catching up. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking long lists. We get a lot of regulars who know they can just drop by and see what we have in stock. The air conditioning works when it wants to, so we usually have the windows open when it isn’t too dusty outside. It's a straightforward business. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do here. We just supply the accessories and keep the business running as best as we can.
