We are over at No. 638 Phase 2. It’s a standard office building, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Source Scan Agency India Private Limited has been operating out of this unit for a bit. The elevators are sometimes slow in the morning, so a few of us just take the stairs. Inside, it’s mostly desks and computer screens glowing all day. We keep a small kitchen area for lunch breaks because there aren't many places to eat nearby unless you walk a long way. It’s more about the work here. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet when everyone is focused on their monitors. Other times, we're all talking at once trying to figure out a problem. We get a lot of mail and packages delivered to the front desk. We try to stay organized but sometimes the files pile up on the corners of the desks. It feels like a real office where people actually do things. Not like those pictures you see in magazines. We have a few plants near the window, but honestly, we forget to water them half the time. It’s just a regular group of people doing their jobs in Phase 2. The hallway outside our door has a slightly flickering light that the building manager says he'll fix next week, but we’ve heard that before. We just laugh about it and use the light from the office. It's these little things that make the place feel like home after you've worked here for a few years. We aren't trying to be fancy.
