Hare Krishna Garments

Working out of Sector 37 in the HSIDC area, specifically at No. 354 and 355 in Phase VI, is quite a different experience than being in a city market. Hare Krishna Garments is tucked away in this industrial zone where there are factories and warehouses everywhere you look. It is a practical place. We don't get many random people walking in because it’s not really that kind of neighborhood. Most of our day is spent at the machines or checking over the pieces we've finished. The building is large and can get a bit noisy when everything is running at once. We’ve got a routine that we stick to. The morning starts with checking the power and making sure the staff are all set. Sector 37 has grown a lot, and sometimes the roads get blocked with trucks waiting to load up. It can be frustrating, but that’s just life in an industrial phase. We keep our heads down and focus on the garments. There isn't any fancy lobby or receptionist here. It's a workspace through and through. We usually have our tea breaks out front when the sun isn't too hot. It’s a good group of people here, some who have been with us since we first moved into these units. We just try to keep things moving and get the orders out of the door without too much fuss.
