Diwan Overseas

If you head over to Pace City 2 in Sector 37, you will find us at No. 372 on the first floor. Diwan Overseas has been operating out of this unit for some time. It is a busy industrial area, so there is always some noise from the trucks moving around outside. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are looking at our computer screens or talking on the phone. The office isn't very large, but it fits everything we need like the desks, the filing cabinets, and the tea kettle. Overseas trade involves a lot of waiting for emails and checking the time in other countries. Sometimes we are here quite late because of the time differences. It’s a simple setup. We don't have any flashy signs or expensive furniture. The walls are a plain color and there is always a stack of shipping documents somewhere that needs sorting. Sector 37 is a good place for a business like ours because everything is geared toward transport and logistics. We know the people in the neighboring units, and we all just try to get through our lists every day. It’s hard work sometimes, especially when shipments are held up, but we just keep at it. We don't make any big promises, we just do the work that comes across our desks in Pace City. The elevator can be temperamental, so we often just take the stairs to get our blood moving in the morning.
