You can find us over at Plot No. 185 in Sector 3 of IMT Manesar. This whole part of Manesar is always busy with trucks and people moving around. Our building is just a regular industrial setup where we handle various technical projects. We spend most of our time making sure the equipment is running and the orders are being processed properly. It is definitely not a quiet desk job. There is always the sound of something being moved or a piece of gear being tested. Our team is fairly small, and many of us have worked together for a long time. We know each other’s routines well. The commute into Sector 3 can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, so many of us try to get a head start in the morning. Once we are through the door, it is straight to the tasks for the day. We do not have much time for standing around talking. The workspace is filled with different parts and projects in various stages of completion. It might look a little disorganized to someone visiting, but we have our own system. We take our breaks when the work allows for it. Usually, someone brings in snacks for everyone to share during the afternoon. We do not bother with fancy presentations or corporate talk. We just focus on the technical side of things and try to get our daily list finished.
