Our place is called Radha Swami Niwas and it sits right on the Sohna-Gurgaon Road in Bhondsi. It is a busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of dust and noise from the trucks going by. We chose this spot because it is easy for people to find and it keeps us connected to both Gurgaon and the areas further out. The building is a simple structure, nothing like those glass towers you see in the center of the city. We have a few rooms here where we keep our files and manage the logistics for our process systems. It is usually quite a scramble in the mornings when everyone arrives and starts sorting through the emails and phone calls. We do not have much in the way of decorations, just the basic stuff we need to get through the day. The furniture is functional and maybe a little worn out around the edges. We spend most of our time coordinating with technicians and making sure everything is moving along as it should. There is a small area where we keep our supplies and a place to sit if someone comes by for a meeting. It is an honest kind of workplace where nobody puts on airs. We just focus on the job at hand and try to keep things organized despite the constant activity around us. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the traffic, but we make it work.
