Scale And Grow Innovations Llp is located on the Upper Ground Floor, shop number 06, in the Metropolis Mall on MG Road. Being in a mall is interesting because there are always people walking past the window. It’s a bit different from a standard office building. We hear the music from the mall sometimes and the general buzz of shoppers. It’s convenient because we can just walk out and find something to eat or grab a coffee without going far. Our office isn't very large. It’s a compact space where we fit all our equipment. MG Road is always packed with cars, so getting here can be a bit of a journey depending on the time of day. We’ve got a few desks pushed together. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze but we make it work. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. Mostly we just have calendars and a few notes taped up. The lighting is that typical mall lighting, very bright. We get to work every morning and just start on our projects. It’s a busy environment but we manage to stay focused. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just like the location because it’s central and easy for people to find. It’s a practical choice for us. Every day is a bit different with all the foot traffic outside.
