Scalations

We are based out of Gurgaon, right here in Haryana. Specifically, we are in the 122 018 area. It is a fast-paced place to live and work, that is for sure. Scalations started out quite small and we have just stayed focused on our daily tasks since then. The weather in Gurgaon can be pretty tough, especially in the middle of summer, but we stay busy inside where it is cooler. We do not spend a lot of time on social media or trying to look bigger than we are. Most of our day is spent looking at data or talking through problems we need to solve. It is a simple setup. A few desks, some good lighting, and enough coffee to keep everyone awake. We do not have a lot of formal meetings. Usually, we just shout across the room if something needs to be discussed. It works for us. Living and working in this part of India means you get used to the noise and the constant construction happening nearby. We have seen the skyline change quite a bit from our windows over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work that is assigned to us. There is not any secret formula to what we do here. We just show up on time and try to be useful. It is a regular job for regular people who want to do things right. Sometimes the internet goes down or the power cuts out for a bit, but that is just life here. We just wait it out and get back to work.
