Sas Reality Ventures Llp

We are based in M Garden, specifically at D 56 on the first floor. Sas Reality Ventures Llp has been using this space for a long time now. M Garden is a bit different from the rest of the city because there are more trees and it feels a little more relaxed. Our office on the first floor is pretty basic. We have a few rooms filled with desks, computers, and a whole lot of paper. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a map of the area. We spend our days talking to people about real estate and checking out different properties. It is a lot of walking and a lot of talking. We don't have a polished corporate way of doing things. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, which many of them are. Being in M Garden is nice because it is quiet enough to actually get some work done without too much noise from the street. We don't make big promises or use fancy language to try and impress anyone. We just give people the information they need and let them decide. It is a simple, honest way to run a business. We come in, do our jobs, and then head home. It works for us and we have been doing it this way for years.
