Sarvatra Integrated Management Service Pvt Ltd is based over in Sector 23. This part of town is a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, which we actually prefer. Our office is in a building that’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. We have a sign on the door, but it’s not very big. Inside, the setup is very practical. We have several rows of desks for the management and service teams, and a lot of filing cabinets for our records. Since we do integrated management, we have to keep track of a lot of different things at once, so the whiteboards are usually covered in lists and schedules. It’s not a fancy place with a lobby or a lounge area. We have a small kitchen with a microwave and a kettle, and that’s about it for amenities. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed, even when things get busy. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations or long meetings. Usually, we just talk across the room to get things sorted out. Sector 23 has some good spots to grab a quick snack, so we often head out together for a break in the afternoon. It’s a steady, reliable place to work. We don't try to be something we’re not; we just focus on the tasks at hand.
