We have been running Saptrishi Builders Pvt. Ltd. out of this house in Sector-21 for quite some time now. House No. 847 isn’t a big office building, it is just a regular place where we keep our files and meet with the guys from the sites. Gurgaon has changed so much since we started, with all these new buildings going up everywhere. We just focus on our own projects. Most days involve a lot of phone calls about cement or checking if the workers showed up on time. It is not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. It’s just us. We deal with the usual problems like rain slowing down the work or permits taking longer than they should. People come to us because we’re right here in the neighborhood. They know where we live and work. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just try to get the walls straight and the roofs tight. If you walk past Sector-21, you might see us sitting out front or arguing over a blueprint. That is just how it goes here. We have seen this area grow from empty plots to what it is now. It's a lot of hard work and dust, but we’re used to it by now. This house has been our base for years and it works for what we need.
