Santosh Medical & Dental Hospital

You’ll find our place at C-141 on Palam Vihar Road in Ashok Vihar. We are pretty close to the main Palam Vihar Road, which means there’s always a lot of movement nearby. We do both medical and dental work here, so the sounds you hear are a bit different than a regular hospital. One minute you might hear a dentist’s tool and the next it’s just the quiet murmur of a doctor talking to a patient. The building has been around for a while and we’ve made the most of the space. We have the dental chairs in one section and the medical exam rooms in another. It’s a bit of a maze if you’re not used to it, but we help people find their way. The waiting room is a shared space where people sit and wait for their turn. We’ve got some old chairs and a water cooler in the corner. The staff is quite small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to cleaning up. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have any big corporate mission statements on the wall; we just have our schedules and some health charts. Most of our patients are people who live right here in Ashok Vihar and have been coming to us for a long time. It’s a comfortable, local spot where we just focus on doing our daily tasks and making sure people are taken care of.
