Santec Fabricators India Pvt. Ltd. is based in Gurgaon, specifically at Flat No H-128. We are on the second floor. The building is in Dharam Colony, which is a bit of a trek if you aren't familiar with the area. It is near Ansal Plaza, so that helps people find us. Palam Vihar Extension is where the colony sits. We are fabricators, so we usually have some metal or materials around, though being on the second floor means we have to be careful about how we move things in and out. It’s not your typical factory floor. It’s more of an office and small-scale setup in a residential-style block. It gets busy during the day with the phones and the planning. The stairs are a bit narrow, so carrying big stuff up to H-128 can be a challenge sometimes. We’ve gotten used to the layout over the years. Dharam Colony is a lively place with a lot of small businesses like ours. we don't have a big marketing team or anyone to make us look like a giant corporation. It is just the guys doing the work and making sure the orders are correct. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our desks or talking to the guys at the site. It is a practical way to run things without spending too much on a fancy storefront. We just stay focused on the fabrication jobs.
