Sandhar Steady Stream Tooling Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No.92 in Sector-3 of Imt-Manesar. Manesar is always a bit of a hectic place to get to, especially in the mornings with all the traffic coming off the highway. Our plot is right in the middle of the industrial sector. We do tooling work here, which means we spend a lot of time looking at metal parts and making sure things fit together like they should. The shop floor is usually a mix of oily smells and the sound of cooling fans. It’s not a quiet place to work. We have a small crew that has been together for a few years now. Most of us just show up, do the hours, and head back out to catch the bus or ride our bikes home. The building itself is pretty standard for Sector-3, just a big concrete structure with some rolling doors and a small side entrance for the office stuff. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights out front. Most people who come here already know where we are. We keep the paperwork on some metal shelves in the corner and try to keep things organized, though it gets messy when we are busy. It's a practical way to run things. We focus on the tools we are making and don't worry too much about the rest of the noise that comes with being in such a big industrial area.
