Sandeep Axles P.Ltd is situated at Plot 114, Sector-3 in Imt Manesar. If you’ve ever been to Manesar, you know it’s just row after row of industrial plots. Our spot is pretty much like the others. We have a big gate and a yard where we keep some of the heavier steel. Making axles is heavy work and it’s not particularly quiet. The hammers and lathes are going most of the day. We don’t have any decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and safety charts that have been there forever. Most of the guys here wear overalls that are stained with grease. It’s a tough job but it’s honest. We don’t spend money on fancy websites or advertisements. People mostly find us because they need axles and they know we are here at Plot 114. The weather in Sector-3 can be really harsh, either freezing cold or boiling hot, but the work doesn’t stop. We have a small area where we eat our lunch and talk about cricket or the news. It’s not a corporate environment at all. It feels more like a big garage where everyone knows what they are supposed to do. We just focus on the metal and making sure the dimensions are right before anything leaves the gate.
