You can find us at Plot No.114 in Sector-3 of the IMT Manesar area. We’ve been running Sandeep Axles (P) Ltd from this spot for quite some time. It’s a straightforward operation. We make axles, and we’ve gotten pretty used to the routine of it all. The workshop isn't anything special to look at, just a big space with all our equipment laid out. We spend most of our time making sure the dimensions are right and the metal is solid. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things over and over. The air is usually thick with the smell of oil and metal shavings. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything like that. We just want to make sure the stuff we send out is okay. The staff here is mostly local guys who live nearby. We know each other’s families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. Sector-3 is a busy place, and there’s always someone moving trucks around near our gate. It can get a bit loud during the day, but you get used to it after a week or two. Sometimes we run behind schedule when a machine breaks down, but we usually stay late to catch up. It’s just how things go in a place like this. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do a decent day’s work at the plot and keep the machines running.
