You’ll find Samik Exports India Pvt. Ltd. over at Plot No. 104/ 105 in Sector 5 of IMT Manesar. Being in an industrial area like this means we are surrounded by a lot of other factories and large warehouses. Our space is mostly just a big floor for handling exports. We don't have carpets or fancy furniture. It’s all concrete and metal shelves. It gets a bit noisy during the day with all the trucks coming and going in the sector. We spend a lot of our time checking orders and making sure the packing is done right. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s what we do. We don’t have a marketing team to make us look big or important. We are just a regular business trying to get through the daily schedule. Manesar can be a tough place to work sometimes because of the dust and the heat, but we’ve built a good routine here. Our staff is mostly local people who know the area well. We don’t make big promises or use fancy language to describe ourselves. We just show up at the plot every morning and start working on the shipments. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our business and we take it seriously in our own way. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work.
