We're over here in Kendriya Vihar, Sector 56. It's a busy part of Gurgaon but our office in A-263 is quiet enough to get work done. We've been doing placement work for a while now. Most days it's just us looking through papers and talking to people who need jobs. Being Samadhaan Placement Services Pvt. Ltd. means we deal with a lot of different folks. Some days are slow, others we can't keep up with the phone. We like the neighborhood here in Sector 56. There's a lot of tea stalls around where we grab a break. It's not a fancy glass building or anything, just a regular office where we try to help people find where they fit. We spend a lot of time on the computer, checking listings and calling back candidates. Gurgaon has changed so much since we started, more buildings everywhere, but we've stayed right here in Kendriya Vihar. People usually find us easily enough once they get into the sector. We don't have a big reception area, just some chairs and our desks. It's a small team, maybe three or four of us depending on the day. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the hiring process. If you're looking for us, look for block A-263. We usually have the door open if the weather is decent. It gets hot in Haryana, so the fans are always going. We just do our thing here every day, trying to match people with the right companies without too much fuss. It's just a job for us, and we take it seriously but we're pretty laid back in person.
