Our office is actually inside House Number 103 over in Sector 27. It’s more of a residential area, so it’s pretty calm compared to the main roads in Gurgaon. We’ve been operating out of here for some time. It’s just a regular building, nothing that looks like a big glass tower or anything like that. We handle a lot of paperwork and talk to people about jobs they might want to take. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the front room when too many people show up at once, but we make do. My desk is near the window so I can see who’s coming down the street. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have any fancy receptionists or coffee machines. If you want water, there’s a filter in the back. We just look at what companies need and see if we know anyone who fits. It’s a lot of matching names to requirements and making sure the phone numbers still work. Sector 27 is a good spot because it’s easy to find once you know where the house is. We don’t really do big ads or anything. People usually just find us by word of mouth or through a friend. It’s just a small team of us working here every day, keeping track of things. We try to stay organized, though the files sometimes get messy and the printer jams once in a while. It’s just part of the daily routine.
