We’re based out of a house in Sector 4, Gurgaon. It’s House Number 195/4, which might seem a bit unusual for a building company, but it works for us. It keeps things grounded. We’ve been in Haryana for quite some time now, watching Gurgaon turn into the massive city it is today. Our office isn’t anything fancy. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee mugs. We spend our days planning out builds and talking to suppliers. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things get a bit chaotic when deadlines are tight. But we like the grit of it. We aren't interested in being some corporate giant with a shiny lobby. We'd rather be on the ground, making sure the bricks and mortar are right. Most of the guys here have been with us for years. We know each other’s families and how we like our tea. It’s a tight-knit group. When people come to visit us in Sector 4, they usually find us busy with some blueprint or another. We don't have a script for how we talk to people. We just say it like it is. It's a practical way to run a business. We just want to keep building things that stay standing. That’s the long and short of it really. We are just local builders who have been around long enough to know what we are doing.
