Sai Security Force Pvt. Ltd. has its office on the Old Delhi Gurgaon Road. We are in the Dundahera area, right next to the big Vishal Mega Mart. Having the mart next door is helpful because everyone knows where that is. Our office is where we manage our security staff and handle all the paperwork for our contracts. It is a simple setup with some basic furniture and a few computers. We provide guards for shops, offices, and residential gates around this part of town. It’s a lot of work making sure every post is filled and that everyone is doing their job. We are not some massive security corporation with thousands of people. We are a local team that knows the area well. The road outside is always incredibly busy with traffic going between Delhi and Gurgaon, so it can be quite noisy. We spend a lot of time talking to our guards on their mobile phones to check on things. We don't have any polished marketing materials. We just rely on doing a solid job so that businesses in the neighborhood trust us. Sometimes we have to deal with difficult situations, but that is part of the security business. We try to be fair with our workers and honest with the people who hire us. It’s a practical, no-nonsense business and we just keep at it every day. It keeps us on our toes.
