Sahsha Foods is located out in Village Daultabad. It is a bit of a drive to get here from the main parts of Gurgaon, but it is much quieter than the city. You see fields and some cows on the way in. The office is right next to where we handle the food stuff. It smells like flour and spices sometimes, depending on what is being moved around that day. The building is simple, just concrete and brick. We do not have a lot of fancy signs or decorations. Inside, the floors are stone and they stay cool even when it is boiling outside. We have a few desks and some chairs that have seen better days. The local people from the village work with us, so there is always a bit of Haryanvi being spoken around the place. We keep a big calendar on the wall to track deliveries. Sometimes a tractor blocks the entrance, and we have to wait for it to move before we can get our cars out. It is a very practical place. We do not spend money on things we do not need. It is just about getting the food packaged and sent out to the customers. We drink our tea out of steel tumblers and eat together at a big wooden table. It is honest work and we like it that way.
