Safexpress Private Limited

This branch of Safexpress is handled by Suman Kumar and Vinod Kumar over in Gandhi Nagar. We are based out of house number 390/22 on Patodi Road, right in Ward 22 of Gurgaon. It's a busy area and there is always something going on with the trucks coming and going. We spend most of our time dealing with the paperwork for all the different shipments that pass through here. Gurgaon is a big place and the roads can be quite a mess, so we spend a lot of time on the phone checking where drivers are. It is not like those big corporate offices you see in the city center. We operate out of a regular house setup because it's easier for us to manage things locally. Every day is different, sometimes it’s quiet and other times everyone is shouting about a late delivery. We just try to keep the boxes moving from one point to the next without too much fuss. People around Gandhi Nagar know where we are if they need to ask about a parcel. We keep our logs manually mostly, and it takes a lot of patience to get everything right. It's hard work, especially when the heat is bad in the summer. We don't have any fancy slogans, we just show up and do the work that needs doing for the day. It's just a small part of a bigger network, doing its bit to keep the local deliveries on track without making things more complicated than they need to be.
