Our warehouse is over in Kanwala, right in the Ambala district of Haryana. We chose this spot because it is close to the main roads, which makes life a lot easier for the drivers. It’s a big, practical space where we store and sort all kinds of packages. We aren't the type of people who sit in fancy offices all day. Most of us are out on the floor, moving boxes or checking the loading docks. It can get quite cold here in the winter, so we usually have a heater going in the small corner we call an office. We don't have a lot of rules about what people should wear, as long as they can do the work. We handle the daily operations for Safexpress here. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the trucks leave on time. We don't use any big marketing words. If you ask us about a delivery, we give you a straight answer. We use a lot of paper and pens to keep track of things because it feels more reliable. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several trucks arrive at once, but we always figure it out. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep everything moving smoothly. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
