Royal Autotech is based at Plot No.77 in Sector-24. We are quite close to Hardware Chowk, which is a landmark everyone around here knows. Our building is a standard industrial plot where we do a lot of technical work on auto components. It’s not a retail shop, so we don't get many walk-in customers. Mostly we deal with other businesses and suppliers who need specific parts. The workshop stays pretty busy throughout the week. We have a few machines that have seen better days but they still get the job done right. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. We are a small team of guys who know how to handle metal and machinery. The floor is usually busy and we have to watch where we step because of all the scrap and parts waiting to be moved. We’ve been in this sector for years and have seen many other shops come and go. We stay here because we have a good setup and the location near the chowk is convenient for transport and deliveries. We don't have a PR person or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just focus on the orders we have on the desk and making sure things are built correctly.
