Roop Polymers Ltd is located at Plot No 30 in Sector-8 of IMT Manesar. If you’ve ever been to this part of Haryana, you know it’s all about the factories and the big industrial plots. Our place is no different. It’s a lot of machines running and the smell of raw materials being processed. We don’t have a fancy entrance or a polished front desk. It’s mostly just the sounds of the production floor and people moving pallets around. Working with polymers is a bit messy and hands-on. We spend our shifts making sure the machines are running right. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean all day. The commute to Manesar can be a bit of a pain with the highway traffic, but we’re used to it by now. We’re just a group of people trying to keep things running smoothly. There’s no big philosophy behind it. We have a job to do and we do it at our spot in Sec-8. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing them, and other days things go perfectly. That’s just the nature of manufacturing. We focus on the daily output and making sure everything is packed up and ready for the trucks. It’s loud and it’s busy, but it’s our routine. We have our tea breaks in the canteen and then get back to the floor. It’s just how life is here in the industrial sector.
