Roop Polymers Limited

We are out in Sector 3 of IMT Manesar, specifically at Plot No. 30. If you’ve ever been to Manesar, you know it’s a massive industrial hub. Our building is one of many in the area, but we’ve tried to make it our own over the years. We work with polymers, so the smell of plastic is something we’ve all just gotten used to. The facility is split between the office area and the production floor. On the floor, there’s a lot of noise from the machines and people moving pallets around. The office side is a bit quieter, but not by much. We have desks covered in production schedules and technical drawings. It’s a busy environment where something is always happening, whether it’s a shipment arriving or a machine needing a quick fix. We don't have a lot of time for corporate meetings or polished presentations. Usually, we just huddle around a desk to solve problems as they come up. The commute to Manesar can be a bit long for some of us, but once we’re here, the day goes by pretty fast. We have a small canteen where we eat lunch together, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. It’s a practical, industrial workplace. No one is here to show off; we are just here to make sure the polymer parts are being produced properly and shipped out on time.
