We are located out in Vill-Kshetrahat, Po-Payag, in the Midnapur district. It is a quiet enough area most mornings until the trucks start moving. Rmc Readymix (India) Pvt. Ltd has been operating here for a bit, mostly just keeping busy with the daily orders that come in. The roads around West Bengal can be tricky with the weather, but we do what we can to stay on schedule. Our yard isn't much to look at, just a lot of machinery and the smell of wet cement everywhere. Most of the guys working here live nearby, so they know the local shortcuts. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. Usually, you’ll find us near the mixers or checking the logs. It gets loud when everything is running, but that's how it goes. We try to keep the equipment in decent shape. It’s hard work and the sun gets pretty hot out here in the open. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait it out, which is frustrating but part of the life. We just handle the concrete and make sure it gets to where it needs to go.
