Rks Construction Pvt Ltd is run by Ramesh Kumar, who is the son of Sh. Om Parkash. We are based in Safidon, over in the Jind district of Haryana. Our office is right in Ward No.15, specifically in Tarawati Colony. It is a very local setup. Most of the people around here know Ramesh and his father, so we have deep roots in the community. The colony is a nice place to work, though it can get a bit loud when the neighborhood kids are playing outside. We handle various construction projects around Safidon and the wider Jind area. Our office isn't anything special—just some tables, chairs, and a lot of paper. We spend a lot of time talking to local suppliers and making sure we have enough sand and bricks for the next day. It is a family-oriented way of doing things, and we treat our workers like they are part of that family too. Sometimes we sit outside on plastic chairs during the cooler evenings to discuss our plans for the week. There is a lot of pride in seeing a building go up in your own town. We don't use any high-tech gadgets or fancy software; we just use what we know and what has worked for us over the years. It is simple, steady work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday, and that is exactly how we like it.
