German Auto Parts Stores is at Shop No-G-20 in RK Puram, Sector 13. We are situated right opposite the Hyatt Hotel and Palika Bhawan. It’s a very different world on our side of the street compared to the hotel. While they have fancy cars pulling up to the curb, we are usually covered in grease, digging through boxes of parts. Our shop is quite small, and we have shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling. Sometimes it feels like the boxes might fall over, but we know where everything is kept. It’s a busy area, and the noise from the traffic never really stops. We’ve been in this particular shop for a long time now. People from all over the neighborhood come in when their cars are making a sound they don't like. We don't have any leather sofas or coffee machines for customers. They usually just stand by the counter while we look for what they need. The light in the back of the shop is a bit dim, so we often have to use a torch to read the part numbers. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just know our parts and we help the people who come through the door at G-20. It’s a steady rhythm of work that has kept us going for years.
