Rites Ltd.Gurgaon

Even though our name says Rites Ltd. Gurgaon, our actual office for this branch is at H.No.-1472, Sector-1, Huda, in Rohtak, Haryana. It’s a bit of a quirk of how we are organized, but we’ve been here in Rohtak for a while. Sector-1 is a pretty standard residential area, and working out of a house makes the whole thing feel less like a cold office and more like a home-base. We’ve got several rooms filled with computers and large printers for all the technical maps we have to look at. The street outside is usually quiet, except for the occasional vegetable vendor or a neighbor’s car. Inside, things can get a bit chaotic with all the folders and project files lying around. We don’t really follow a strict dress code here; it is more about being ready to head out to a site at a moment's notice. The kitchen area is where we all gather for lunch, usually sharing whatever we brought from home. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest office in Haryana. We just want to make sure the work we do for the rail services is accurate and delivered on time. It is a very normal, no-frills kind of existence here. Most of the people in the neighborhood know us by now. We just keep to ourselves and do our work. It is a solid team and we get along well.
