Rites Ltd, Psu Under Min. Of Railways

This Rites Ltd office is a PSU under the Min. of Railways and you can find us at House No 143 in Sector-8, Faridabad. Being in Haryana gives us a bit more space than some of the crowded Delhi offices. The office is actually in a house. This makes the whole vibe feel much more relaxed and local. Sector-8 is a decent area with some trees and regular residential traffic. We have been operating from this house for quite some time now. It doesn’t have a big glass facade or a fancy elevator. You just walk up to the gate and come in. Inside, the different rooms have been turned into offices for the various departments. It can be a little bit of a maze if you haven't been here before. We have some old wooden furniture and the windows let in a good amount of light during the day. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have a backup to keep the computers running. The staff usually brings their own lunch and we eat together in the small kitchen area. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don't have any of those modern office perks like bean bags or coffee bars. It's just a place for railway work and paperwork. People in the sector know us as the quiet neighbors who are always busy with their documents. It’s a honest and simple setup for the team here.
