We are located right on the edge of Kapashera and Gurgaon at Ritco Logistics Pvt Ltd. This area is always moving, with trucks coming and going at all hours. Our office is a practical space, mostly filled with filing cabinets and a few chairs that have seen better days. It isn't the kind of place you'd see in a magazine. We just focus on the logistics of moving goods. The traffic around here can be a real nightmare, so we spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking the time. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporate office. We’re just local people who know how the transport business works in this part of the country. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and everyone is a bit stressed, but we usually find a way to laugh about it later. We don't have any polished slogans. We just know that if a truck is supposed to be somewhere, we need to make sure it gets there. We eat our lunch together and talk about our kids or the latest news. It’s a very normal way to spend the day. We’ve been doing this for a while, and we don't plan on changing how we operate. We just stay honest about what can be done and try to keep our word. It isn't flashy, but we've built a life here.
