Ritco Logistics (P) Ltd is based in Udyog Vihar Phase 2, which is a really crowded part of Gurgaon. Our building is number 336. If you’ve ever been to this area, you know how hard it is to find parking during the day. The office is always buzzing with people coming in and out with delivery slips. It’s a pretty standard industrial area setup with lots of other companies nearby. We have been here for a good amount of time now. The workspace isn't anything special to look at, just desks and computers and a lot of files piled up. We mostly deal with moving stuff from one place to another and keeping track of where everything is. The phones ring quite a bit and there is always someone looking for a missing receipt or checking on a truck's location. During the lunch hour, most of us go to the local stalls nearby for tea or a quick snack. The traffic in Gurgaon can be a real headache, especially when we are trying to get shipments out on time. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or road construction, which happens a lot around here. We just try to keep things moving as well as we can. It’s a lot of coordination between the office and the drivers on the road. We aren't trying to be anything fancy, just a group of people making sure the logistics side of things works out every day.
