Right Talent Consultants is based out of H. No. 237 in Sector 7. This is a solid, older part of Gurgaon. We’ve been here in Haryana 122001 for some time. Our work is basically helping folks find jobs and helping companies fill their open spots. It’s straightforward but it keeps us on our toes. The office is really just a house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s comfortable and it doesn't feel intimidating for people who come in for interviews. We’re not into all that corporate jargon. We just talk like normal people. If a job is a good fit, we say so. If it’s not, we’re honest about that too. Sector 7 is a nice neighborhood. We see the same people walking their dogs every morning. It’s a bit quieter than the main business hubs, which we like. We spend our mornings on the phone and our afternoons sorting through paperwork. It can be repetitive, but every person we talk to is different, so that keeps it interesting. We’ve helped a lot of local businesses around here. People know us by name. We don't have any fancy signs out front, just a small one so people can find the right door. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy and we like what we do. We usually have some biscuits and tea ready for anyone who drops by for a chat.
