We are located in B2-713 at Jal Vayu Towers, which is in Sector 56 of Gurgaon. Being in a residential tower complex means the office has a very specific kind of vibe. It’s on one of the higher floors, so we actually have a pretty decent view of the surrounding sector from the windows. It’s much quieter than the offices right on the main highways. Most of the people you see in the elevators are residents, so it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. The office is laid out like an apartment, with different rooms used for different tasks. We have a small table where we sit for lunch, and there’s usually some tea being made in the kitchen area. We spend our time working through career and management tasks, mostly on our laptops or on the phone. Sector 56 is a bit more established, so there are nice trees and parks nearby if we ever have time to take a walk. The commute isn't too bad because we are tucked away from the heaviest traffic zones. We don’t have a lot of walk-in traffic, so it stays fairly peaceful throughout the day. It’s a good spot for focusing on the work without too many distractions. We keep things pretty informal among ourselves and just focus on getting the day's tasks out of the way before the sun goes down.
