We are based out here in Bhalau Tiba, which is a small place near Taranagar in the Churu district of Rajasthan. The office isn't anything fancy, just a spot where we handle the logistics work for this area. Most days start early because the sun gets pretty hot here in the desert part of the state. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking where the trucks are. It gets quite dusty sometimes, but that is just part of living in Rajasthan. There are about six of us who sit in the main room. We deal with whatever goods need moving through this part of the district. It’s mostly just making sure things get from one point to another without too much trouble. Sometimes the roads aren't great, so we have to plan around that. We’ve been here for a while now, and everyone in the village knows where we are. It’s a quiet life except for when the big vehicles are pulling in and out. We don’t have any big corporate speeches to give. We just show up, do the paperwork, talk to the drivers, and head home when the sun goes down. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea outside under the shade of a tree. It’s just how we run things here in the Churu district. Nothing too complicated, just daily work and trying to stay on top of the schedule.
