We are over at 497 in Udyog Vihar Phase 3. If you know Gurgaon, you know this area is basically just rows and rows of industries and offices. Our building is one of those functional structures designed for work, not for looking pretty. We spend our days dealing with electrocontrols, which means a lot of technical checking and assembly work. The atmosphere in Phase 3 is always busy, with people rushing around and delivery vans parked everywhere. Inside our unit, it's usually a bit quieter, focused on the tasks at hand. We have a team that has been together for a few years, and we’ve all gotten used to each other's ways. We don't really bother with corporate speak or big mission statements. We just show up, look at the schedule, and get the controls built or tested. It can be repetitive, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing the finished products lined up at the end of the day. The commute can be a bit of a pain depending on the traffic on the highway, but once we're here, it’s all about the work. We've stayed in this location because it's practical and we have everything we need close by. It's a straightforward setup for people who just want to get their jobs done and go home without any unnecessary fuss or complicated procedures.
