Recruitsmart

Our company is Recruitsmart. We are based over in Akshaya Nagar. That’s part of the K.R Puram area in Bangalore. If you know Bangalore, you know K.R Puram can be pretty busy with all the traffic near the hanging bridge. But Akshaya Nagar itself is where we spend our time. It’s a growing neighborhood with lots of new buildings and people moving in. We have a simple office setup here. Nothing too over the top. We just come in, do our recruitment work, and head home. The area has its own local shops and places to eat, which is nice for lunch breaks. We've been in this part of Bangalore for a while. It’s a good spot for us because it’s connected to the rest of the city, even if the roads get packed. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a bunch of slogans on the walls. It’s just a place with desks and people talking on phones or working on laptops. We like the vibe of Akshaya Nagar. It feels like a real community. People here are just trying to get their work done, and we are no different. Recruitsmart is just a group of us working out of this Bangalore address. We don't make a big deal out of it. It’s just where we are. Some of us have been here since the office first opened, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. It's a decent place to be.
