We are based in Gurgaon, specifically in Flat No-605 of Matriya Apartment at Plot N0. G.H.30 in Sector-56. Working out of an apartment in DLF City is a bit different than being in one of those huge office towers nearby. Our space is basically a home that we’ve turned into an office for our HR search and consulting work. We have desks set up in the main rooms and a lot of power cables running along the floor for our laptops. It’s a bit informal; you might hear someone making tea in the kitchen while a meeting is going on in the next room. Being on the sixth floor gives us a view of the other buildings in Sector-56, and the elevators are usually a bit slow during the morning rush. Most of our work is done online or over the phone, searching for people to fill various job roles. It’s a lot of scrolling through profiles and making notes on who might be a good fit for what. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist, so if someone comes over, we just pull up a chair for them. Gurgaon life is pretty fast-paced, but inside our flat, we just keep things steady and focus on the hiring tasks we have to finish. It’s a simple setup that works for us, allowing us to do our consulting work without all the corporate overhead.
