We run our small operation called Recruiters out of S-2 in Connaught Place. Being in such a central spot means we see a lot of different people every day. It’s a busy area, and our office reflects that. We spend our time looking for people who can fill specific roles for various companies. It’s not about fancy HR strategies; it’s mostly just making phone calls and checking references. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and a lot of filing cabinets. The air conditioner hums in the background while we sort through piles of applications. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to sound like a giant corporation. We’re just a team that understands how hard it can be to find the right staff. People drop by with their CVs, and we take a look when we have a moment. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes we find a match quickly, and other times we have to keep looking for a while. We stay grounded and just handle the daily tasks as they come. Connaught Place is a great place to be because everything is so accessible. We’ve been here long enough that we know the shortcuts and the best places for a quick lunch. Our focus is just on the basic work of recruitment without any of the extra fluff you see elsewhere. It’s a solid, everyday job that keeps us connected to the city's pulse and the people living here.
