Recruit Right

We are currently operating out of Flat Number 703 in Alankar Apartments which is in Sector 56 of Gurgaon. Being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings but we are usually too busy to look out the window. The apartment has been turned into an office space so it has a very domestic feel to it. There is a kitchen where we make our own lunch and a living area where we keep the printers and filing cabinets. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to different people all day. It gets quite loud when three or four of us are talking at once. The lift in the building is a bit slow so we have to plan ahead if we are meeting someone downstairs. Gurgaon can be a very fast-paced place but inside our office things are a bit more relaxed. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. We just handle the recruitment ourselves. Sometimes the air conditioner struggles with the Delhi heat but we manage. We have a lot of resumes and folders scattered around the desks. It is not the most organized place in the world but we know where everything is. We like being in Sector 56 because it is close to everything we need. It is just a straightforward place where we try to match people with jobs.
