Rana Market is where you will find us, right at Shop No.12. We are situated directly opposite the H-Block in Palam Vihar. It is a decent spot and quite easy to locate if you are familiar with this part of town. The shop is mainly focused on security systems, so we have cameras and wires and DVR boxes sitting around all the time. It’s not a huge space, but it fits everything we need to get the job done. Sometimes the market gets really crowded, especially on weekends when everyone is out doing their shopping. We spend a lot of time explaining how the different sensors work or showing someone how to check their footage on a mobile phone. It’s practical work. We don't use big words or fancy talk; we just show people how the gadgets function. The front door of the shop is usually open so we can see what's happening in the market while we work. We've seen Palam Vihar change a bit over the years, but the market stays the same. Most of our tools are kept in a specific drawer, though sometimes things go missing when we're in a hurry. We mostly deal with homeowners from the H-Block and nearby areas. It's a small team here, just a few of us making sure things run right. We keep regular hours and usually have a radio playing in the background while we assemble kits or test out new equipment.
