Rawat Enterprises

We have been here at Kataria Estate in Shivaji Nagar for a while now. It is right near the D. A. V. School, so things get pretty busy when the kids are coming and going. Most days it is just us managing the work at Rawat Enterprises and making sure everything is in its place. The building isn't fancy or anything, but it works for what we do. We usually start early in the morning when the sun is just coming up. You can hear the traffic starting out on the main road and the school bells later on. People often stop by just because they see the sign or they are in the neighborhood for something else. We keep the doors open and try to stay organized, though sometimes paperwork piles up on the desk when it gets hectic. It’s a local spot, nothing like those big offices you see in the city center. We know the tea stall guy nearby and the other shop owners on this stretch. Working here feels like being part of the community because we’ve seen the area change over the years. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about the weather or the news, but most of the time there is some job to finish. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how things run. It’s a simple setup we’ve got going. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just have to sit on the porch until it comes back. It's just part of being in this part of Shivaji Nagar.
