Ravi Integrated Logistics India Pvt Ltd is located on the first floor of Plot No 49 in Udyog Vihar Phase-4. It’s a busy area in Gurgaon, and we’ve been based here for a good while. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend most of our time coordinating shipments and talking to drivers. Logistics is basically just one big puzzle that changes every day. Sometimes things go perfectly, and other times we’re dealing with delays and flat tires. We don't try to sugarcoat it. It’s hard work and it can be stressful when a client is waiting. But we’ve got a good crew here who knows how to handle the pressure. We aren't big on corporate buzzwords. We just talk like regular people and try to get the job done. The neighborhood is full of other companies, so there's always a lot of traffic during commute hours. We usually have a lot of tea and snacks to get through the long afternoons. We've grown a bit since we started, but we still feel like a small shop. Most of our clients have been with us for years because they know we don't play games. We just tell them the truth about where their stuff is and when it will arrive.
