Our office is located in the Ridgewood Estate area, which is part of DLF Phase IV in Gurgaon. It’s a bit different from the usual glass towers you see in the Cyber City part of town. We are in K86, which is tucked away a bit. The area is a bit greener and slightly quieter, though Gurgaon is never truly quiet at any time of day. We spend our days looking for people to fill jobs and talking to various companies about their needs. It’s a lot of interviewing and going through resumes that pile up. Sometimes it feels like we are just staring at the same computer screens for hours on end. We have a small team here and we all know each other’s business quite well. The walk from the parking area can be a bit long when it’s raining and the puddles start forming. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a few chairs for when people come in for their meetings. We don’t have any big slogans or fancy mission posters on the walls. It’s just a practical space for us to get the job done. Most of us bring our own lunch boxes from home every day. We’ve been at this location for a while now and we’ve gotten used to the neighborhood's quirks. The coffee machine breaks down more than we’d like, but we just walk to the nearby stall instead. We focus on the people we help.
