Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd.

We are located at Plot No. 90 in Sector-32. This is one of the Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd. sites. It is a large facility, much bigger than a simple shop. There is a lot of security at the gate, which makes sense given what we do. Inside, it is mostly labs and production lines. It is very sterile and quiet in some parts, but the break room is always loud. We have a lot of people working here in shifts. The parking lot is always full of scooters and cars. We’ve been at this sector location for a long time. The buildings are functional, not really built for looks. We spend a lot of time on safety protocols and checking the equipment. It is a lot of responsibility. We do not really have a public-facing storefront here. It is more about the back-end production. Most of us have been here for years, so we know the facility like the back of our hand. Even with the big name, it feels like a community once you are inside the gates. We eat lunch at the canteen together. The food is okay, nothing special. We just focus on getting the batches right. It's a steady rhythm of work every day. We do not do much in the way of fancy talk; the work speaks for itself when it leaves the warehouse. The fluorescent lights hum all day, and we barely notice it anymore. It is just another day at the plant.
