This office is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, right in the 122001 area. It is one of those places where you can see the old and the new parts of the city mixing together. We have been operating here as Ramtex Overseas for a while now. The work is mostly about coordinating things, which means lots of phone calls and sitting at the computer. It is not a very glamorous job, to be honest. Our space is functional and a bit crowded with boxes and files that have piled up over the years. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. Most of our business comes from people who already know who we are and what we do. The weather in Haryana can be pretty extreme, freezing in the winter and burning in the summer, and our office building feels every bit of it. We just keep the small AC unit running and try to stay productive. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It is a simple way of working. We don't use big words or have long meetings about strategy. We just see what needs to be shipped or documented and we do it. It’s just how things work for us in this part of India. We stay busy with the paperwork and make sure the overseas clients get what they need without any fuss.
