Our office is tucked away at H. No. 1575/1 on New Railway Road in Mahavirpura. If you’re familiar with Gurgaon, you know how busy this area can get. It’s a far cry from the fancy high-rises you see on the other side of town. We operate out of what looks like a regular house, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a standard corporate office. The New Railway Road is always buzzing with people and bikes. Inside, we’ve got desks squeezed into the rooms and plenty of stacks of files related to our property projects. It’s not particularly quiet, especially when the trains go by nearby. We spend a lot of our time talking to contractors and people looking for homes. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, but that’s just Gurgaon life. We’ve been in Mahavirpura for a while, so we know the local shops and where to get the best samosas for the office. We don't have a fancy marketing team or a big flashy sign. It’s just us doing the daily grind of development and paperwork. It’s a busy life, and there’s always something that needs fixing or a client to meet. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things organized.
